
LifeSpring Home
LifeSpring Home is a residential, discipleship program provided by the Pregnancy Help Center of Rice Lake. It is an intentional living community designed to help single mothers and their children become safe, stable and successful families.

6 CORE AREAS OF CARE:
Residents of LifeSpring home can stay until their child turns 2 years old. During that time, residents with the help of staff will work on setting and achieving goals in our 6 core areas of care.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
-
at least 18 years of age
-
unmarried or legally separated
-
US Citizen
-
pregnant or have a child under 3 months of age
-
applicants may have one additional child up to 2 years of age
-
-
drug, alcohol, and tobacco free or willing to quit
-
no violent criminal behavior on record
-
willing to live as a member of a family
-
willing to receive a medical physical prior to acceptance
-
willing to participate in a faith-based program
